General

All candidates should be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in small teams. They should be keenly aware of the need of an industrial company to produce reliable products, to specification, on time and within defined cost constraints. The engineers will be expected to see a product from initial specification, through design, testing, into production and give ongoing support, and they will need to be flexible in the tasks they undertake.

All candidates should have their own transport and already live within 30 minutes driving distance of Sollatek (UK) Ltd.

Annual leave is 22 days and staff are eligible to join the company pension scheme after a qualifying period, into which the company contributes. The company provides a Death in Service benefit. Sollatek is an equal opportunities employer.
