Can a power outage damage a fridge?
After power outages, you will get power back surges which can cause damage, therefore a start-up delay is essential. Not when it is connected to a Sollatek FridgeGuard. When power is restored after a power cut, appliances such as fridges can be subjected to large spikes and erratic fluctuation which can cause your fridge costly repairs or even unrepairable damage unless protected or unplugged.    
Should you use a surge protector on a fridge?
